Refund/Return Policy


Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of receiving. If 14 days have gone by from your date of receiving purchase, we Can No Longer offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please return items in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted... 
1) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2) Any items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing your refund.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

credit card statement it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not offer exchanges as we do not order our merchandise from manufactures or wholesalers and usually only carry one of a kind or discontinued items.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs in returning your item/items. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

If you are shipping an item back to us that weighs over "One Pound", it will have a tracking number. Please keep tracking number for your own protection. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without the tracking number.
